So, a little over a year ago I submitted some cartoons to a kayak fishing magazine and they seemed to be very receptive to possibly publishing some of my work. Fast forward to about a month ago, I see the top cartoon accompanying one of their articles on fishing in complicated situations. I'm not sure if this is an out and out rip-off, but it sure seems like it. Mine is the one below. I also found it a bit suspicious that the date on the top illustration is the same year that I submitted mine.
I've never had this happen to me before, but it does happen...
It could just be a coincidence, but you be the judge.
