A Kickstarter for the Ultraman, Series Four card set is going on via RR Parks cards. I did do some sketch cards for this set, with some of them shown above. Click HERE to get to their Kickstarter.

Ultraman, Series 3 Sketch Cards

 RR Parks Cards has launched their Kickstarter today for the Ultraman, Series 3 card set. You can get all the details here.  Below are some of the cards that I did for this set. 

Surprisingly, I went more Ultraman and supporting cast than Kaijus. I fixed that on Series 4.

I took a weird route with the large 'U' on the bottom half of the cards. I was trying something new... As always, I will post my Artist Proofs soon, so stay tuned. 

And, as always, drawing Ultraman is super fun. 

A Portrait of an Artist and His Wife

Here is the last of the commissions from the Sh!tshow Kickstarter campaign. The client wanted a portrait of me and my significant other. Why? I have no idea, but I took it as a challenge to have a bit of fun. Well, as it turns out, I had a lot of fun with this one. I incorporated elements of surrealism (think more of Dali than say, Tanguey) and symbolism and went to town. The background design is the facade of the Italian church that we were married in. And, of course, I had a little help from Sandro Botticelli. 

 

The Black Knight

The Black Knight is the next commission from from the Kickstarter that I ran at the end of last year. I wasn't going to be that strict with what I offered and allowed any character to be requested, not just politicians. But, I did and am drawing them in that style. And it made for more fun for me.

So, this version of the Black Knight (also known as Sir Percy of Scandia) is not the same as the Marvel Comics version. This guy was an ancestor of the later Marvel character and this Black Knight, although created by Stan Lee and Joe Maneely, made his first appearance for Atlas Comics, which was a precursor of Marvel. I used the Joe Maneely design as requested. It was  lotsa fun using all that ink!

Just have millions upon millions that you can 'donate' to the cause and viola! you have a cabinet position that you were never qualified for. But, if your plan was to eliminate the average and poor person's right to an equal education... well...

So, MTG has a book out that is not doing so well on the bestsellers list. The word 'bestseller' being a very wide stretch. Pitching a book to her followers isn't the best marketing strategy, I would think. Does it come with a free gun and some Doritos?

Pulled directly from today's headlines, someone attempted the murder of a convicted murderer, whilst incarcerated. Now, far from me to judge this with skewed eyes, but maybe all of this could have played out in a much better way. Too bad, Chauvin aligned himself with hateful ideology. I would like to add that he is in stable condition.

So, The Former Guy/Child had to tell everyone about his health and how wonderful it all is because Biden had a birthday and he just couldn't stand a better man having a little bit of attention.

Therefore, today's Sh!tshow page profile is one of Trump's former doctors, Dr. Harold Bernstein, who also claimed that The Great Big Cheetoh was the equivalent of a star athlete, or some such nonsense.

Today's page profile for my upcoming book, 86 Sycophants, Charlatans, Leeches, and Opportunists of the Donald J. Trump Sh!tshow is none other than everyone's favorite neighbor, Rand Paul. Kentucky's other useless senator. If you recall, he had a spat with his neighbor, or his neighbor had a spat with him, over a pile of brush, twigs, etc that may or may not have been on someone's property line. I do believe that there was a 'do you know who I am' uttered at some point and there were fisticuffs, so you know, maturity from a U.S. senator. I know, shocking.

Have you ever seen a group of 'kids' that know absolutely nothing about their own family business? It's almost as if all of the insults hurled at Biden were just... projection. 

As I'm promoting my new book, 86 Sycophants, Charlatans, Leeches, and Opportunists of the Donald J. Trump Sh!tshow, running now on Kickstarter (more on that in a bit), all the subjects in the book seem to be tripping over themselves with helping me out.

It's all so very topical and that is one of the main reasons that I felt the need to get my book out there now, as this ridiculous election campaign is ramping up. Remember these people and what they have done. This current trial of the Trump business failures is just the tip of the iceberg. Join me in the all the humor of these caricatures. 

I have to ask, though... is Ivanka a Sycophant, Charlatan, Leech, or an Opportunist?

The Sh!tshow Kickstarter Is Now Live!

SH!TSHOW Book Launch Details

Ok, as the saying goes, sh!t is about to get real! After about two and a half years of working on this project in between gigs and whatnot, the Kickstarter launch for my new book 86 Sycophants, Charlatans, Leeches, and Opportunists of the Donald J. Trump SH!TSHOW will happen on November 6th. It's a quick launch date, but I wanted to get this out there before (or maybe for) the Christmas rush. The campaign will run for a month.

The book is a collection of caricatures with brief descriptions of their, ahem,  'accomplishments.' The foreword was written by the comedian and producer Noel Casler, who worked directly with trump on Celebrity Apprentice.
