Tomorrow on Belle Isle in Detroit is the Shiver On The River event held annually and the aquarium will be open from 10-3. The electric eels have made there return and will make their debut in a temporary tank (I had a hand in sprucing this up) next to the one that will eventually house them when it is completed and looking more like an Amazon River habitat. So, come on down, brave the snow, check out the aquarium, the Casino, the Dossin Museum, the Conservatory and probably the Nature Zoo. They will all be open.
