Greetings! Thank you for your comment re Tim Russert. Yes, that is an incredible shock! I shall forever remember him with his whiteboards, after the first BII election sortout in Florida. I am travelling, looking forward to coming back here when I am not on a foreign computer with a nasty keyboard, Merisi
Just a little explanation on this one. Usually, I don't like to put up cartoons that haven't been published or exhibited somewhere or somehow, but in this case I was asked to come up with a four paneled strip for a magazine. This is what i came up with, but for some reason it wasn't getting through in my e-mails, so I put it here for them to see. The last I heard was that they liked it, but it had to pass another art director test. So, hopefully I'll hear something soon.
Mike: Glad you liked it!
Dug: I saw what was in your garbage...
...I meant HIS garbage, of course.
Dad: You have the best compliments. Really.
Vous avez les meilleurs compliments. Vraiment.
Merisi: Are you in Italy again?!! Such a life, I envy you. I quiver to think just what is on those keyboards...
Bruce, Venice it was. I travelled a lot around in the "wild wild Lagune," fantastic little islands there, great nature, I am sure you'd find a lot of inspiriation there. There's more to Venice than what is generally seen. Can't wait to get back (only six hours by train from Vienna!). Greetings!
I loved visiting Venice. I was there in '98 and yeah, we were generally in the area of St. Mark's - the touristy stuff. Although, we did manage to break away and get lost as one must do in Venice. My wife was amazed at my directional abilities, ha, ha.

Hi Bruce!
Yes, I'm back. And I hope to begin some new images soon.
I absolutely LOVE your black and white images -- indian ink. Just beautiful...
I see that your art is progressing!
Hey Ana!
Good that your back and I look forward to more zaniness.
Yeah, I've been having some fun with the b&w images lately. I have a bunch more I want to share, so hopefully soon.
Bruce,
