My friend Kelly and I made Halloween costumes this year. I had two parties to go to, so this came in handy. My latest Substack is up and involves the making of our oversized heads. Check it out here.
My latest Substack is up and has some Halloween related cartoons from years past. Most have never been seen, so maybe you'll be in for a treat. Or a trick, I don't know.
Here is Christopher Lee as Resurrection Joe from the movie Corridors of Blood. It's not really a horror movie, but was pitched as such for American audiences. But Resurrection Joe was rather creepy.
This post is a little late, but considering what it took to do so, a little late is ok. You see, every little action is a painstaking one, as I took a nasty spill and did some ligament damage to my knee. Walking is out for the time being. But, I was determined to get something done, even if it was this sketch.
This Saturday I will be in Saginaw, MI for the Deadworld Halloween Comicfest at Coy's Comics. The event will go from noon until 8pm and I will be there with Gary Reed And Marvel/DC inker Jason Moore. I will have most of the usual stuff, including two Deadworld prints and some Deadworld books and will be signing bottles of dead world Soda, as well, so stop on by.
Btw, that zombie pig is drinking a Deadworld soda that I drew the label for.
Happy Halloween all you pagans! Here is a little sketch whipped up for just the occasion. The tombstone was from a pic I took at a cemetery nearby a couple of years ago and the pumpkin is from one sitting in my backyard with its own guts hanging out courtesy of the local squirrels.
